    Haven was established over 40-years ago as an independent charity delivering specialist services focussing across Sheffield and potentially South Yorkshire. Our focus is on children and young people (CYP) affected by Domestic Abuse, we are the only organisation in Sheffield fulfilling this role. Haven currently provides a range of needs-led services to support C & YP, aged 0 – 25 years old and their wider family. 1. Performance Monitoring & Evaluation: • To update and maintain all performance monitoring and evaluation systems • Assist with on-going analysis of Haven’s performance - preparing reports and identifying trends and issues • Assist with collating monitoring and evaluation information in support of funders’ and / or partners’ requirements, preparing reports for managers and outside organisations as necessary. 2. Office and Client Administration • Maintain organisational filing systems, for electronic and paper files • Assist with the processing of new referrals • General admin tasks e.g. scanning, telephony, maintain and order stationary and equipment, DBS and reference request checks, letter writing an report preparation • Support all members of the team including the volunteer coordinator, finance manager and admin, systems and monitoring coordinator with a variety of administrative tasks • Facilitate team meetings, including: minute taking and distributing papers. • Support with maintaining the smooth operation and running of Haven
