    Job Description Main Duties and Responsibilities • Process a variety of documentation using Microsoft Word templates, for example, recruitment, new contracts and contractual changes. • Operate the University Staff System, uBASE (SAP) through the input and maintenance of accurate records. • Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria for new starters • Maintain the accurate recording of information of a highly confidential nature • Deal with a wide range of queries (via telephone, email or in person), providing information and advice as required. • Under direction, run monthly reports as required. • Work alongside the HR Services Team Leader to contribute to improving processes. • Support teams across HR Services by providing cover as required. • Provide cover on the Arts Tower reception • Provide general administration support as and when required • Attend relevant training and complete assignments as part of the apprenticeship programme along with off the job training elements
