A dedicated account manager

With Skills Made Easy you benefit from your own account manager. It’s their job to guide you through the recruitment process as well as offering support and guidance as your apprentice progresses. Your account manager will also help you to identify any additional training needs to help your workforce to develop.

Promoting your vacancy

At the beginning of the process, your account manager will discuss your apprenticeship opportunity and help you to create a job specification. We will advertise your vacancy across a number of different channels, completely free of charge.

Suitable candidates

Every potential apprentice applying for a position advertised by Skills Made Easy is interviewed when they embark on the programme. You will only receive the CV’s of individuals who meet both your personal and academic specifications. This rigorous process means you will only receive the CV’s of candidates who are good matches for your apprenticeship.

Identifying your training needs

Skills Made Easy is the only apprenticeship provider which offers completely impartial advice when it comes to finding your training partner. We work with many different FE colleges and independent training providers throughout the Sheffield City Region and beyond. This means the training your apprentice will receive is always tailored specifically to the needs of your business.

Funding for additional training

The unique way in which Skills Made Easy works means every apprenticeship is tailored to the very specific needs of each employer. Additional funding may be available to allow your apprentice to receive additional training over and above a standard apprenticeship framework.
