Choosing the right candidate for your business is an important decision and at Skills Made Easy we try to make the recruitment process as easy as possible. Here’s what you can expect:
A dedicated account manager
With Skills Made Easy you benefit from your own account manager. It’s their job to guide you through the recruitment process as well as offering support and guidance as your apprentice progresses. Your account manager will also help you to identify any additional training needs to help your workforce to develop.
Promoting your vacancy
At the beginning of the process, your account manager will discuss your apprenticeship opportunity and help you to create a job specification. We will advertise your vacancy across a number of different channels, completely free of charge.
Every potential apprentice applying for a position advertised by Skills Made Easy is interviewed when they embark on the programme by recruitment specialists within our team. We put a lot of effort into the vetting of candidates to ensure the shortlist you receive from us is only made up of candidates who meet your specifications and have been deemed 'work ready'. You will only receive the CV’s of individuals who meet both your personal and academic specifications. This rigorous process means you will only receive the CV’s of candidates who are good matches for your apprenticeship.
At Skills Made Easy we will work with you to ensure the qualifications available are tailored as much as possible to suit your needs. We refuse to deliver qualifications which do not benefit both employer and learner and our aim is always to make the apprenticeship experience as enriching as possible for all involved. We work to strict quality standards in the delivery of all our provision and where we are unable to deliver a qualification directly we will either utilise provision from one of our approved partner providers or recommend someone we feel would be best placed to service your requirements.
